WHAT IS THE FIRST STEP…?
I?m sure all of you always dreaming about get six packs abs. and it?s true that form always get a hit from girls. Looks muscular with sexy abs always be a number one hit. Everyone admit it.
So? what is the essential or many writer call it secret to get six packs abs. when everyone said ; get a hard work exercise? or take a supplements, it can help you? get professional trainer (well? I?m a professional trainer to? lol :]?) or a few people thought about get a motivation first.
Yes? I take the last opinion as my result of first step to get six packs abs.
Why?? Hard work exercise is unnecessary if you don?t have motivation. Without motivation you can?t easily quit in your half way? or you wanna take a supplements ?… yes it work but a few I guess, beside many Supplements Won’t Burn Fat, they’ll just produce really expensive urine. Well it’s true, and some of them actually force you to burn fewer calories than if you were to eat real foods.
So what you need to do is build your motivation first? without motivation you are nothing
Six pack abs require you to put in plenty of dedication and hard work. Many people don’t see any reason to get through all of this work.
Motivation is the first key to remember. The reasons above have to kept in your mind and make it into discipline point of yours. Or you already have your own reason? That’s good. Just discipline and always think about it. And it’s good to, if you write down you reasons list or kind of a plan book, whatever how many points you write, 3, 6, or even more than 10, you have to still kept it in your mind. These reasons will make a strong motivation.
What?? This article is full of theory?? Well.. it?s true I guess? and I?m sure it?s true for a few thoughts.

Once you motivated, you will try to find more about exercising the abs. just like me. I did books hunting or browsing in internet, even joining the mailing list, because it will not cost me too much than hire a personal instructor in a gym.
Once you get motivated, the next thing you have to do is HARD WORK? do an exercise. And it will not waste your time or you won?t quit in your half way because you were motivated.
