My Cultural Experience

I was raised in London which is renowned for being the cultural hub of the world even though the many London people aren’t aware of the cultures which surround them. In 2009 i saved my money like a stingy kid so in 2010 I could travel the world a little and gather a true understanding of different cultures I saw back in London.

I live on a ground floor flat in London with an old cat called Dillon, I rarely saw my neighbours as they were very quiet and snuck around like mouse’s the only thing i knew about them was they were Asian. Dillon was a lazy cat who used to spend his days sleeping on sofa until he became very erratic to get out into the apartments corridor which lead me to believe that somebody was feeding him.

He was being fed by my neighbours on the floors above which ultimately got us talking and led me to take an interest into their secret lives; this changed my whole outlooks on Vietnamese people. It wasn’t long before i realised how gentle and peaceful these people are, which sprung the idea for me to go on Vietnam Holidays so I could grasp a better understanding of the peoples reserved culture.

I discovered a new world in Vietnam and absolutely loved it, the country is so very different from the UK and way of life was generally alien to me. I spent the majority of my time in the northern mountainous region adventuring small farming villages.

The people never seemed to be rushing or looked stressed i suppose it’s because life in Vietnam is lived at a relaxed pace. The people have impregnable customs and morals particularly towards visitors as I was made most welcomed by the villages I visited even though there was a superior language barrier.
I thoroughly enjoyed my holiday to Vietnam and I will certainly go back next year as I feel I didn’t even reach the tip of iceberg when it came to understanding the culture.

Reasons Why Caribbean Holidays Are So Popular

You will commonly to find wedded couples who have tied in the knot in the Caribbean in fact thousands of couples book there weddings in Caribbean every year! i personally don’t think there making a step wrong, when you add up all the costs of an english church wedding and reception you will see that’s a Caribbean Weddings are around the same prices and probably 10 times more enjoyable.

I was just looking at some popular Caribbean websites, and I noticed Caribbean weddings are actually going for free! …. This is a crazy deal but I can see the theory behind it, many of the resorts are offering this free service in return for a week long stay, due to the world wide recession the tourism industry has taken a hard blow, so the resorts handing out free weddings here and there, will eventually attract more people which will ultimately spend more money which will benefit the entire tourism industry and keep to the best interests of the tourists.

Ok the real reason couples have their weddings In the Caribbean is because it’s just a beautiful part of the world! It’s hard to compromise with the Caribbean because it offers bountiful landscapes, Hot sunny climates and beautiful blue sea’s, there’s actually no better place to get married in my opinion! These factors have to be the main selling point without a doubt; another beneficial factor is that you don’t need to book a honeymoon as you can just stay a week longer at the beautiful resort and you won’t have to fork out even more dosh for additional flight prices.

I myself can relate to the many couples who choose to marry abroad its well worth it and in some cases saved a few bob, when I meet “the one” I’ll bear the Caribbean in mind when booking my wedding, even though I’ve heard good reviews about Kenya Weddings are exclusive and Luxurious Maldives Weddings

Niagara Falls Dare Devils

The Niagara falls are one of the world largest waterfalls which makes it a playground for many dare devils. Thousands of Tourists visit the falls on their Canada Holidays. Many men have died playing with the terrifyingly high water fall (53m) dare devils all over the world dream of plucking up the courage to throw themselves over the huge falls. The thought of being flung over the falls is just unbearable to most but a few revolutionaries have taken the plunge and survived the Death defying free fall.

The most notorious of all the dare devils was Annie Taylor, a school teacher who was bored of life and wanted tan easy road to fame, the only way she would imagine herself achieving her goal was to throw herself over the edge of the Horse shoes falls (the larger falls in Canada you might find on Toronto Holidays). At the old age of 65 Annie jumped into a large whiskey barrel with her companion her black cat and was taken out into the Niagara river, 17 minutes later she appeared at the lip of the falls and she thrown right over the edge and plunged straight down into the water. When the barrel appeared on the surface at the bottom of the falls in one piece on looks screamed in amazement the barrel was salvaged and was dragged ashore to find old Annie inside alive! She was very dazed and confused ad probably felt concussed.
An English man Charles Stephen wasn’t so lucky he attempted the same stunt but fell out the bottom of his barrel on the way down, only his arm was ever found.

If visiting the falls doesn’t take your fancy Canada still have much more to offer like theCanada Rail Tours Around the Stunning landscapes of the Mountainous rookies and into the secluded ski and hiking towns such as Whistler.

Booking An All Inclusive Holiday - Guidelines For Families

When it comes to holidays the all inclusive is an option that many people consider. Having all the hard work taken away may seem like the way to enjoy a hassle free holiday, however the all inclusive holiday will not suit everyone. Before you go ahead and book there are several things you will need to consider carefully to work out if this deal is really the right kind of holiday for you.

Pros

- When you book an all inclusive holiday you generally get your board, food, evening entertainment, flights and any transfers included in the price. However if you shop around you may find that you can get activities and sports thrown into the package too. This is great for people and families that like to be active on holiday. With many people needing to stick to tight budgets at the moment this can be reassuring as it generally means that there will be no unpleasant financial surprises later on.

- Many people find that having to find somewhere to eat each day and night a hassle and certainly a great expense. Knowing that you will have all your meals and drinks provided in one place can be reassuring and also knowing that you have already paid upfront for your food means you can eat and drink as much as you like!

- Many all inclusive package holidays are ATOL protected which means that in these current economic times you will be protected against losing your money should your holiday firm go bust.

- All inclusive holidays have recovered from their bad press from a few years ago. Often associated with endless boozing and rowdy behavior along the Costa del Sol many tour operators have added a lot more all inclusive destinations and options to their summer programmes. Long haul destinations that are often expensive can be more affordable if you choose an all-inclusive option.

- In recent years the cost of living in many popular European tourist destinations has soared meaning that it has become more expensive simply to eat out and buy a few drinks when abroad. With an all-inclusive deal you won?t be affected by the higher cost for your food and drink in local bars and restaurants.

Cons

- You need to check out the location of your all-inclusive package, some of these may be miles away from the nearest town or city and you may have to shell out on taxi fees. If you are happy to stay put for the duration of your holiday this won?t be a problem but if you like to explore this could be a deal breaker for you.

- Be sure to check out the details of your food and drinks deal before booking your all in holiday. You may find that you only have the choice of one buffet style restaurant throughout your entire holiday although many hotel complexes offer the choice of several restaurants. Also check to see if you will get a wide choice of beers and drinks ? some packages only offer local beers and wines so make sure that you would be happy with that.

- Are you really an all-inclusive person? You may have to wear a wristband for the duration of your stay and you may just simply prefer finding your own places to eat and to try out different things. If you are more the adventurous type an all-inclusive holiday could drive you crazy!

Prince William’s Honeymoon!

Finally his Royal Highness Prince William has proposed to his Long time girlfriend and university sweetheart Kate Middleton on their holiday in Kenya earlier this week. The people of England are over joyed at the news as a prince is marrying outside of the royal bloodline sending out a clear message that our much loved royal family aren’t half as snobby as we once thought and are willing to mix with the middle classes. As yet Kate holds no Aristocratic or Royal titles which will define her as a “Commoner” in the eyes of the Royal Family
the love birds have now been together for over 8 years and it’s about time prince William got his ass in gear, as we all know Prince William is a little bit hunky and a true gentlemen, he could have his pick out of any women in England but we can clearly see why he snapped up Kate Middleton, she’s stunningly beautiful with a friendly and caring personality (just like Williams Mum, Princess Dianna. They do say men go for women like their mothers)

As a nation England was over the moon with the proposal which she happily agreed to, all we have to do now is wait until the beautiful photos of the big day are revealed. Location of weddings is yet to be announced but I bet it will be secret weddings in a secluded castle somewhere around in the country.
the people of England cannot wait to see the Honey Moon pictures!! Brain storming I can think of a few honeymoon destinations in which the royal couple could visit on their honeymoon Holiday. a large Majority of Honeymooners take. Thousands of newly-weds Antigua Holidaysor may the prince will choose an exotic Far East destination like anThailand Holidayswhere the Royal Couple can run and hide away together in a secluded paradise, I guess that honeymoon is going to be extremely romantic and just a tad fancy, I do doubt they will either go on Half Board or All Inclusive Holidays Packages as the royal couple will be treated like gods and will be waited on hand and foot as they will be consuming expensive champagne and Michelin star food throughout their holiday.

Peoples Fears Of Sharks (Selachophobia)

A notorious Movie Directed by Stephen Spielbery was released in 1975 Called “Jaws” which introduced phobias about sharks. a phobias over shark attacks is called selachopbia which entails the paranoid person to be too scared to enter the sea. Shark attacks are extremely uncommon and in many cases not fatal. Over the last 340 year only 1,045 shark attacks have occurring with a minute 49 fatalities. sharks don’t deliberately attack humans as they sometimes mistake us as prey.
Tips to avoid a shark attack.

If your snorkelling in Florida or on a Red Sea Diving Holidays holidayit would be a good idea to follow these tips to avoid being attacked by a shark!
? Avoid popping into the sea at a night time as Dim Light makes it hard to see your surroundings and Sharks are looking to feed.
? Stay away from areas of murky waters and deep ocean floor drops where sharks tend to congregate
? Swimming alone
? Excessive splashing (Shark may mistake you for wounded prey)
? Jewellery, Bright clothing or tan lines stick out! And may be attracted by the shark
? Avoid Enter the water if bleeding as shark will smell the cent from miles around.
? Avoid fishermen paths as they may have dropped Dead fish into the waters attracting shark attention to that area.

many people can’t get enough of the adrenaline pumping experience of Shark Diving and take Scuba Diving holidays many times a year in hope that they get the chance notorious to be face to face with one of the world’s most feared killing machines.
In my opinion the myth of the shark being a Man killing machine and it isn’t true. Shark attacks are a lot less common than mostly thought and are usually not with fatal intentions. sharks are Apex predators (top of the food chain) and do not fear any other predators so when it finds an unfamiliar objects or living creatures e.g Humans the shark takes an inquisitive bite from it as a way of interaction to see what it was.

Booking A Package Holiday - Advice From An Expert

Are you considering taking the whole family on holiday this year? Do you need some tips to ensure that every member of the family has the time of their lives? Coming up with a holiday package that the whole family will enjoy can be a challenge, but it?s certainly not impossible either. In this article we will outline a few tips for booking the perfect family package holiday ?one which will be a treat for every member of the family.

Your family holiday is a chance to spend some time with the kids doing something enjoyable, so the first tip in planning your family holiday is to get together with the whole family and discuss ideas. This can be a very enjoyable process which will allow everyone to have input about the holiday destination. The last thing you want is to choose a holiday independently, only to find out that your kids have no desire to visit your chosen locale. Getting everyone involved is a great first step in your holiday planning.

When you sit down to plan your family holiday, one of the things you must consider is your budget for the trip. Depending on where you decide to go, each activity you and your family can quickly get expensive, considering the price for the activity itself and the food. There is another option though: all-inclusive resort. An all-inclusive resort offers precisely what the name suggests. Once you pay the upfront fees for your lodging, everything else is included. This means meals, drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and most importantly the activities. All-inclusive resorts will help you manage your holiday budget to the dime.

A money saving tip to remember when planning your family holiday is that certain places are more expensive to visit during certain months of the year, and with all that holiday competition, hotels are able to, and usually do raise their rates. To avoid this, plan your holiday for a time of year that is less popular with other travelers. Not only will you save a lot of money using this strategy but you can also avoid the crowds.

Deciding on the perfect family package holiday, while certainly a process, can be almost as fun as the holiday itself. Just remember to involve everyone in the family and consider the money-saving tips provided here and the process of planning your holiday will be easy and hassle-free.
