3) Student is at risk of not attaining New York schools standards in English language arts, mathematics, social studies and/or science. This may include diagnostic screening or vision, hearing and bodily disabilities; OR
4) Student is proscribed English proficient and prone to not reaching New York colleges standards in English language arts, mathematics, social studies and/or science by using English or their native language. This might include diagnostic screening or vision, listening to and bodily disabilities.

The New York colleges student tutorial intervention is ended, when a scholar successfully meets the state’s required performance level within the areas she or he was having difficulty.
